We are sorry to report that there is a delay in availability for some SiQ COUNTER reports following an attempted ransomware attack on 21st December. In response to this incident, we isolated all SiQ servers and are fully restoring services from backup. This unfortunately takes some time as we incrementally roll out reports as they become available but is necessary as we exercise all caution to make sure all data is safeguarded.
The security measures implemented will also require the reset of all SUSHI credentials. This is a quick, easy process. Simply login to our COUNTER reporting service, select SUSHI from the top right of your reports and then request your new SUSHI credentials. These will be automatically and securely created for you to resume your SUSHI service. If you require assistance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
